Utility Assistance


The Utility Assistance Program assists low income seniors, households with children and person with disabilities from St. Louis City and St. Louis County in Missouri and St. Clair County in Illinois.



The Homeless Prevention Program provides financial assistance to residents of the St. Louis bi-state area who are 18-years or older and who fall within the income guidelines.  Please call for more information.
